in this painting I am enjoying the Model Boat Pond in New York’s Central Park with a father and daughter.

This view takes in a Pacifica sunset with a traditional Polynesian sailing vessel in the distance. This image is from the visit by the Hakulea to the west coast in September of 2023. It makes me smile the Hawaiin name Hokulea roughly translates to “star of joy” … can’t get enough of that!
